Yes! No previous experience or specialized academic history is required to get started. During your 4–6-week training session, our Training Team will teach you about the following; equipment management, ingredient and labour cost management, company policies, marketing initiatives, and, of course, food prep. This being said, we do look for individuals with values that are similar to our own. If you’re a self-starter with a strong work ethic, leadership skills, can manage cash and are willing to commit to the long hours required, then WingsUp! could be the perfect fit for you!
