From a young age, Matt was immersed in the world of foodservice. Working alongside family members, he embraced their dedicated work ethic as they pulled together to ensure the success of their restaurant. To build on his practical food-service experiences, Matt studied Business Communication at Brock University, equipping him with the essential skills required to navigate and find success in the business world.
Though just 25 years old, Matt’s experiences prepared him well as he embarked on an exciting new chapter in his career by opening his first WingsUp! franchise. With some career bumps and detours, Matt embraced each as a learning experience that only reinforced his ambition to own and operate his own restaurant.
Opening his own WingsUp! franchise was the culmination of years of hard work and dedication.
